- You must be able to produce quality graphics each week.
- You must have some acceptable graphics programs.
- You must make 3 or more graphics each week, unless on hiatus.

- You must use correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling. I cannot stress this enough. Visitors will be reading these tutorials that you write, so write it as best you can!
- You should know basic HTML, such as making text have effects, make links, insert images, etc. to make your tutorial more exciting.
- Be accurate in what you write. Do not use false information.
